2. PRODUCTS, INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, release dates, availability, and other product information.

Comic book covers, artwork, solicitation information, release dates, specifications, and other details may be changed by publishers, distributors, manufacturers, or other suppliers.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, pricing, inventory, descriptions, or other store content.

3. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee that every item will ultimately be available for fulfillment.

Game Cart reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• publisher or distributor cancellations
• allocations or insufficient supply
• inventory discrepancies
• material pricing or listing errors
• suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• payment problems
• technical errors
• circumstances that make fulfillment impossible or unreasonable

If Game Cart cancels merchandise that has already been paid for and will not be fulfilled, the amount paid for the affected merchandise will be refunded.

We may limit quantities purchased by an individual customer, account, household, payment method, or order when reasonably necessary.

4. PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order is a commitment to purchase merchandise before its release.

Pre-order release dates are based on information provided by publishers, distributors, manufacturers, or other suppliers and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Release dates, artwork, titles, formats, solicitation information, and other product details may change before release.

Pre-order purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, including our restrictions on convenience cancellations.

If a pre-ordered item is canceled, unavailable, or allocated in a manner that prevents Game Cart from fulfilling the order, the affected merchandise will be refunded as provided in our Refund Policy.

5. BUILD A BOX

Game Cart offers Build a Box as a way for eligible purchases to be held and combined before shipment.

Items placed into Build a Box do not automatically ship immediately after purchase.

Customers may continue accumulating eligible items and choose when eligible merchandise should be released for shipment.

Pre-order merchandise generally becomes eligible to ship after it reaches its release date and becomes available for fulfillment.

Shipping charges are calculated and collected when a Build a Box shipment is released, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Game Cart may establish reasonable operational limitations on how long merchandise can remain held in Build a Box or how the service may be used. If such limitations are introduced, affected customers will be given reasonable notice when appropriate.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping, fulfillment timing, mixed orders, Build a Box shipments, carrier delays, and lost shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Shipping dates and carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside Game Cart's control.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Except as provided in that policy or required by law, sales are final and Game Cart does not accept convenience cancellations or returns.

Customers should review the Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

8. PRICING, PAYMENT & TAXES

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is due as presented during checkout.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be calculated and displayed when applicable.

Game Cart reserves the right to correct material pricing errors. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it rather than fulfilling it at the incorrect price.

9. GAME CART REWARDS

Game Cart may offer a customer rewards program that provides discounts or other benefits based on qualifying purchases.

Rewards eligibility, qualifying products, thresholds, discount amounts, calculation periods, and other program rules may be displayed on the Game Cart Rewards page or elsewhere on the site.

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refunded, canceled, reversed, or otherwise ineligible purchases may reduce a customer's qualifying purchase count or rewards eligibility.

Game Cart may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards program, including its thresholds or benefits, prospectively. Changes will not retroactively invalidate discounts already properly applied to completed purchases.

Abuse, fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts created to obtain benefits, or other misuse of the program may result in loss of Rewards eligibility.

10. SERIES ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS

Customers may choose to follow eligible comic series through Game Cart Series Alerts.

Series Alerts are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee that every new issue, product, variant, solicitation, or pre-order opportunity will be identified or delivered by email.

Email delivery can be affected by email providers, spam filtering, technical failures, publisher information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers remain responsible for monitoring product availability and applicable pre-order deadlines.

You may unsubscribe from Series Alerts through the tools provided by Game Cart.

Transactional communications relating to orders, payments, accounts, security, or other necessary store operations may still be sent when appropriate.

11. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Certain features may require a Game Cart customer account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for activity conducted through your account.

You must not attempt to access another customer's account or use another person's information without authorization.

We may restrict or disable access to an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Game Cart, or the integrity of the service.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game Cart Comics & Collectibles name, branding, logos, website design, original graphics, original written content, and other materials created by or for Game Cart are owned by Game Cart or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.

Product names, comic book characters, publisher artwork, trademarks, logos, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The sale or display of merchandise does not imply ownership by Game Cart of third-party intellectual property appearing on that merchandise.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Game Cart uses third-party platforms and service providers to operate portions of the store and customer experience, including services related to ecommerce, payments, shipping, order management, communications, and other functionality.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to the applicable terms or privacy practices of those providers.

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or other failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when those failures affect an order.

14. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the site or its services to:

Order Processing & Shipping

Game Cart Comics & Collectibles ships orders using the shipping method selected and paid for during checkout or through Build a Box. Shipping charges are calculated based on the items being shipped and the available delivery options.

In-stock merchandise is generally prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Pre-order merchandise is held until it becomes available for release. Publisher and distributor release dates are estimates and may change without notice.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are commitments to purchase merchandise before release. Publisher and distributor release dates are estimates and may change.

If a publisher or distributor cancels an item, or Game Cart Comics & Collectibles is ultimately unable to fulfill it, the affected item will be refunded.

Mixed Orders

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order merchandise may have different fulfillment timing. In-stock merchandise may be eligible to ship separately while pre-order merchandise remains held until release.

The shipping option and fulfillment method presented during checkout determine how the order will be handled.

Build a Box

Eligible held purchases can accumulate in your Build a Box.

Purchasing an item does not automatically mean it will immediately ship if it is being held through Build a Box or the pre-order process.

When an item becomes eligible to ship, you can select the items you want sent, pay the applicable shipping charge, and release those items for shipment.

Shipping is calculated and charged when you release a Build a Box shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are outside Game Cart Comics & Collectibles' direct control once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, please contact us through the Contact Us page so we can review the shipment and assist with any available carrier claim or resolution.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, is missing from the shipment, is incorrect, is materially different from its description, cannot be fulfilled, or a refund is otherwise required by law.

Game Cart Comics & Collectibles does not accept convenience returns or cancellations for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, finding a lower price elsewhere, or no longer wanting an item.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders are commitments to purchase merchandise before release and cannot normally be canceled or refunded after purchase.

Changes to publisher release dates, cover artwork, solicitation information, or other normal pre-release details do not automatically make a pre-order eligible for cancellation.

If an item is canceled by the publisher or distributor, allocated in a way that prevents Game Cart Comics & Collectibles from fulfilling the order, or otherwise becomes unavailable, the affected item will be refunded.

Damaged, Incorrect, Missing or Misdescribed Items

Please contact Game Cart Comics & Collectibles within 7 calendar days of delivery if an item:

• arrives damaged
• is materially different from its listing
• is the wrong item
• is missing from the shipment

Please retain the product, shipping materials, and packaging and provide photographs when requested.

Do not return merchandise unless Game Cart Comics & Collectibles provides return instructions.

When a claim is approved, Game Cart Comics & Collectibles may provide a replacement when one is reasonably available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the affected merchandise.

Comic Book Condition

New comic books can contain minor manufacturing or distribution characteristics such as small bindery defects, slight corner or edge imperfections, printing variations, or other characteristics commonly present in newly distributed comics.

Unless a specific grade is expressly stated in the listing, Game Cart Comics & Collectibles does not guarantee that a raw comic will receive any particular third-party grading result, including a CGC 9.8.

Normal manufacturing characteristics that do not materially affect the condition represented in the listing are not automatically considered damage or grounds for a refund.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped unless the refund is required because of an error by Game Cart Comics & Collectibles or applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Game Cart Order Cancellations

Game Cart Comics & Collectibles reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order when fulfillment becomes impossible or unreasonable, including publisher or distributor cancellations, allocations, inventory errors, material listing or pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, or other circumstances preventing fulfillment.

Any amount paid for merchandise that Game Cart Comics & Collectibles cancels and does not fulfill will be refunded.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
